Im really sorry about the late response, I don't got the source anymore its long since been wiped off my pc. If I had it I would've released it its pretty easy to make. as something like this I made it as one of my first games on gb studio.
Edit: Theres a source for a 3 level mario game on this page (its not the v4.0.0 release tho)

friend I think that with more care a game like this could become a port of the first mario bros for the original game boy
totally not like nintendo already did that in 1998 with super mario bros deluxe
